About the course
Managing Anxiety Blueprint is a self-paced course designed to help you better understand anxiety and learn practical ways to respond when it shows up. Rather than trying to eliminate anxiety, this course focuses on building awareness, calming your nervous system, and developing tools you can return to in everyday life. Inside, you’ll explore three foundational steps that support calmer living through education, reflection, and simple practices that are easy to integrate into your routine. This course is meant to feel approachable and supportive, not overwhelming or rigid. You can move through the material at your own pace, revisit lessons as needed, and use the workbook as an ongoing resource. Whether anxiety feels occasional or persistent, this course offers a starting point for creating more steadiness and self-trust.
Patrice Flanagan-Morris
Patrice Flanagan-Morris is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of Empowerment Within, where she supports individuals navigating anxiety, high performance pressure, and life transitions. Her work is grounded in nervous-system-informed care and trauma-responsive approaches that help people build greater awareness, steadiness, and self-trust. Patrice specializes in working with anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and the emotional demands faced by women in leadership and high-achieving roles. She is a Brainspotting Consultant and Specialty Trainer, Polyvagal-Informed, and trained in Mindful Self-Compassion. Through education, reflection, and practical tools, Patrice helps people move beyond simply “holding it together” and toward a more grounded, connected way of living.
